This investigation has shown that, under the influence of the powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis DC ex Merat f. sp. tritici Em. Marshal), with standard nutrition, the loss of the wheat grain yield was 31 %, that of the total above-ground biomass 29 %, of the seed number per plant and 1,000 seed weight 17 %, of the above-ground fresh matter in the earing stage 24 %, of the dry matter 18 % and the highest loss was in the leaf surface, 37 %. The application of a solution with added liquid fertilizer SAL-12 (containing NPK of the 12:4:6 ratio and chelate form of trace elements) in various vegetation stages has brought about the increase of yield, relative to the control nutrition, more in the sick than in healthy plants and when applied earlier it caused the grain number increase.
