[A study of the effect that the sowing method and the number of plants have on biological, physiological and agronomical characteristics of genetically different sunflower hybrids]
1985
Marjanac, D.
The effect that the sowing method and composition density have on the following characteristics of genetically different sunflower hybrids, have been studied: the size of the leaf surface, the number of leaves, the duration of the green leaf surface, the amount of dry matter of the leaf, stalk, head and seeds, leaf surface activity (productivity dynamics of photosynthesis), qualitative characteristics of seeds, using an assimilator in yield forming (seed and oil yields) and the direct and indirect effect of variables on the seed yield. The aim of this work was to establish the optimum composition of hybrids which will give the greatest yield in the climatic conditions of central Banat (Yugoslavia).
