For the purpose of production of generic and intergeneric chimaeras the uncompacted embryos of mice, sheep, goats and cattle were aggregated. 800 tetraparental chimaeras were produced by combination of two embryos in mice. The developmental potency after 40-44 hour cultivation was 74 percent. At the aggregation of three genetically different embryos of mice, from 135 chimaeric embryos the developmental potency in 83 cases was recorded. It is 61.48 percent. Eight chimaeric embryos in cattle, which later resulted in birth of four calves, were produced in the interbreed chimaerization. 32 embryos were produced this way in sheep and by their transplantation 12 lambs were obtained. By intergeneric chimaerization (sheep x goat) 19 chimaeric embryos were obtained and by their transplantation three viable animals were born.
