There were two experiments made on piglets of the wbp (Great White) race in the growing term of 35-91 day of life. The experimental factors differentiating the piglet groups were: in the first experiment partial and entire substitution of extracted soybean meal with the meal of yellow lupinus seeds of Palucki variety at the level of 5 and 10 percent; in the second experiment - substitution of soybean meal with white lupinus of Wat variety and partial and entire substituting of feeds of animal origin with yellow lupinus of Popularny variety with simultaneous limitation of soybean meal. The content of lupinus in mixed feeds was 10 percent for white and 8 and 14 percent of yellow species. Substituting the soybean meal and partial or entire substitution of animal origin feed with lupinus seeds in all mixture of P type, caused significant decrease of growth rates and feed utilization, despite the lysine and methionine addition
