On the basis of the authors own studies the principles of determining the consumption of time for the performance of farm work in man-hours per 1 ha of corn growing, depending on the degree of allotments (sowing fields), crumbling and using the horse drawn machines are presented in the paper. Based on the calculated results an appropriate plot has been drawn. It shows the consumption of time for performing the farm work per 1 ha of corn growing in e.g. peasant holding before and after integration of land property. Considering the obtained data the rate of productivity of farm work performance growth may be determined, which was achieved as a result of integration of land property, using the same technology - horse traction. It is the main economic effect of integration. The introduction of tractors to the technique of field-crop production increases the productivity by an average of 2.5 times
