Results showed that there was no significant difference among the average number of offsprings per adult female reared in four, five grams of cow dung, two, three grams of rice straw compost, five grams of water hyacinth compost. The average number of offsprings per adult female produced in five grams of cow dung, three grams of rice straw compost and five grams of water hyacinth compost was (higher) significantly different from the other rearing treatments. The values of the biological attributes of the three highest treatments were as followed; R0 = 28.14, 27.9, 25.9; rc = 0.54, 0.54, 0.53; rc = 1.72, 1.72, 1.89; Tc = 6.21, 6.13, 6.11. The doubling time of the population was 1.28, 1.28 and 1.31 days respectively.
