This paper aimed at optimal conditions for corn germ oil processing attaining, so that it is ready for consumption, but not with significantly spoiled biological value. The effects of laboratory analyses are presented in table 2. It is obvious that basic chemical parameters are in the limits of satisfying quality. The impression evaluation of oil prepared for consumption shows that it is of a very good quality. All commission members agreed that such an oil could find its place in the human nutrition as a valuable ingredient. Neither of the commission members pointed out that more intensive refinement treatment would be needed.
