For the purpose of curing the cattle papillomatosis, their own blood was used as well as the therapy with "Flogocid-ointment" and no surgical treatment involved. It was established that the application of the therapy in 88.8% of the cases resulted in relatively rapid drying of papillae, their regression and curing in relatively short time. This referred particularly to heads with papillae located on mammary glands of the skin and mammae. The authors believe that local application of "Flogocid-ointment" provides softening of papillae and their protection against external infections. Comparing the achieved results with the results obtained by the application of tissue vaccines, it could be concluded that recovery in the case of tissue vaccine application is slower (its production is difficult as well) while taking blood and its application is quite a simple procedure.
