1987
Radmanovic, D. (Institut za ekonomiku poljoprivrede, Beograd (Yugoslavia))
This paper presents the characteristics of the Yugoslav land policy. The author states that there was a Basic Law on Agricultural Soil Exploitation up to 1971, and when its validity expired, the republics and autonomous provinces regulated their own legislatures. He states that the basic principle of the Yugoslav society regarding the land policy is to socialize private ownership which can be achieved in several ways. The question of the ownership structure of agricultural land, the land maximum, agrarian reforms, turnover of land, taxing, agrotechnical measures and putting the land in order, has been dealt with.
