Fish meal, rice polish, til-oil cake and mixed feed collected on different dates from two poultry farms were analysed for solid matter, protein, crude oil and its peroxide value as an index of rancidity. The feed samples from Biman Poultry Farm had higher fat content than those from Mirpur Government Poultry Farm. The fat content of fish meal from, different supply of these two sources varied considerably. In general, fat contents of all feeds showed a decrease during storage except that in "Cheua" fish meal. The peroxide values of the feed samples of Mirpur Government Poultry Farm were higher than those from Biman Poultry Farm. There was both increase and decrease in peroxide values of the feed ingredient during storage.
