The change occurring in the overall agricultural production of any country will depend upon the individual farmer's decision to adopt new improved technologies that researchers believe will increase agricultural production. Such innovation could be, an improvement in practice or equipment already in existence. For such innovation to be successfully transferred, the peculiar attributes need to be evaluated and appropriately presented both by researcher and extension worker, and adapted to the socio-cultural environment. Development and transfer of technology are interrelated in the provision of usable information to help increase production
