There were present results of the research, which were based on the static fertilization experiment of 1955, performed on a fertile soil of the black type. In years 1986-88, were determined the influence of long-term fertilization both mineral, farmyard manure and combined mineral manure on yield and quality of plants, which were cultivated in the three field crop rotation: potatoes - spring barley - rye. Long-term fertilization, both mineral and combined mineral-manure, had a more favourable effect on yield and productivity per 1 kg of NPK from fertilizers than farmyard manure fertilization. The reason for this seems to lie in different N availability to plants. There was no ascertained interaction between fertilization and N, P, K content in crop yields
