Stem diameter growth and crown width in eight planting spaces were significantly different except the total height. Stem diameter and crown width increased from narrow to wider spacings or with the decreasing stand density. Dry matter and stem volume decreased from narrow to wider spacings. Total aboveground biomass in plantations planted with 1 x 2 m.,1 x 4 m.,2 x 2 m.,2 x 4 m.,1 x 8 m.,4 x 4 m.,2 x 8 m. and 4 x 8 m. spacings were 10.179,6.314,5.478,4.336,3.615,3.549,2.272 and 1.458 ton/rai respectively. Total stem volume were 20.084,11.516,10.599,8.240,7.164,5.710,4.006 and 2.421 cubic meter/rai respectively. Biomass and stem volume under eight spacings were significantly different. Average yield per tree increased from narrow to wider spacings.
