Growth pattern of seed and fruit was in the simple sigmoid pattern. Titratable acidity (TA) was highest at the sixth week after fruit set then decreased until harvest. Total soluble solids (TSS) was highest at the third week after fruit set. Vitamin C, moisture and nitrogen content were very high in the early stage of fruit development and tended to decrease until harvest. Nang Klangwun fruit took 109 to 118 days from fruit set to maturity and the fruit was harvested during this period had specific gravity higher than 1.00, fruit firmness ranged from 15.35 to 16.71 kg/cm2. When the fruit was ripened, fruit firmness ranged from 0.88 to 0.93 kg/cm2. TSS/TA ratio ranged from 137.25 to 162.54, flesh color was 12c yellow group
