In several trials the effect of the own produced enzymes: cellulose, L-amylase, glucoamylaze, enzyme mixture (cellulose + L-amylase + glucomylase) commercial enzyme (MEISELLASE) and of enzymatic preparations (LACTISIC and FERMENTROL) on the quality of dried corn sterns silage (P1), grass silage (P2P3P4), alfalfa silage (P:1,2) and brewery track has been examined. The investigation was performed in laboratory for P1,P2,P3 and P4) and for P5, in production conditions. After 30 days ensiling period the following parameters, content of lactic, acetic and butyris acids pH and amonium, silage quality were ranked by Fliege standard. The results of the experiments demonstrate that the test quality amelioration led to the increased lactic acid concentration and pH lowered.
