Enzyme or Citronic supplementation of barley diets for broiler chickens

An experiment on 1050 Astra B chickens fed a diet containing 65 percent of barley meal was carried out. The high content of barley in diet caused a decrease of weight gain and influenced negatively the feed conversion efficiency in broiler chickens. No effect of Citronic or Prowiko B 2000 S diet addition on broiler chicken performance was observed
