Effect of milking time on the composition and physical properties of cow milk

Composition, density and pH value of milk from the morning and afternoon milking was evaluated. The lower protein content and density in milk from morning milking than in these from afternoon milking was stated. No influence of time of milking on the fat content and pH value of milk was observed
