Effect of Ensimax on grass silage quality, composition and rumen dry matter and protein degradability

An application of Ensimax resulted in an improvement of the grass silage quality and ammonia content decrease as well as the lactic acid content increase. The decrease by 40 percent of the protein but not dry matter degradability in sacco caused by Ensimax was observed
