The total storage protein of soybean grain is composed of globulin, albumin, glutelin and prolamine, and their roles in the formation of beancurd is different. The correlations between glutelin, albumin and total protein content showed significant, the albumin content making the greatest contribution to the variability of total protein, and in contrary, the globulin content the smallest. The globulin were significantly and positively correlated with plant height, number of branches and single plant yield, while the correlations between plant height and albumin content, glutelin content and number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant were significantly negative
