Nutrient imbalances in the soil had arisen from an imbalanced use of fertilizers, primarily from macronutrient elements (N, P and K). Peanut variety Pelanduk was grown on a latosol soil at Citayam Experimental Station, Bogor. In order to gain information on the effect of Mo, Zn and Cu micronutrient elements application on the growth, yield and seed quality of peanut, a split-plot design with three replications was used during the 1985/86 wet season. The results showed that there was no interaction effects of any combination of Mo, Zn and Cu application on all parameters observed, except for Mo and Zn, Mo and Cu, Mo, Zn and Cu micronutrient combinations that affected the specific leaf weight, number and weight of root nodules, a+b chlorophyll content, 100-seed weight, and protein and fat content.
