Efficacy of the 5 fungicides tested in rainy season in vineyard indicated that Topsin-M when sprayed after pruning the infected canes gave more effective control of bitter rot disease of grape (Melanconium fuligineam) than the other 4 fungicides. But there is no significant difference between Topsin-M and non-sprayed control. Topsin M and Delsene MX showed significantly different from non-sprayed control but were not different from Azinmag, Daconil and Derosal 60 when applied to the non-pruned infected cane practice. To prune the infected cane alone had yielded less disease on grapeberries than the non-pruned practice.
