Honey and other bee's products have been produced from various flora as one of the major income sources in agricultureal industry. The honey produced in diffferent flora appeared to be different in some properties and compositions according to the variation of the surroundings. In this study, we tried to identify some of the physical properties and compositions of many samples of honey produced from different flora. pH, moisture contents and reducing sugars were in the ranges of 4.1-6.0, 15-20 % and 64-68 % respectively. The result of this study gives the idea in some identification to be used for quality selection and quality control in the production.
