Plant quarantine as one of the methods of disease and pest control has not had the traditions that other strategies and tactics of pest control have enjoyed. Many people are not aware that quarantine regulations exist. This book therefore is a summary of these regulations especially those that are frequently ignored by the plant importers and exporters in Uganda.
