Analyses the main characteristics of the agricultural sector in Antigua and Barbuda in order to reverse the negative growth rate of the past decade through the maintenance of a national price structure for farm products. This will stimulate investment and production, develop a secure leasing system for publicly owned farmland and develop national credit and labour policies suited to the characteristics of agricultural production
