The polyunsaturated fatty acids play an important role in the organism. The human organism is not able to produce all of them, this is why it has to be provided through the nutriment. Physiological very important materials (prostaglandins) issue out of their metabolism. These materials take part in the modification of the blood composition and in the processes of the blood coagulation and that of the cardiac-blood system
