A process of manufacturing material comprising the steps of: a) drying the coconut twigs until its moisture content if below 10 percent; b) cutting the twigs and temporarily inlayed on the carcass using nails or staples; c) applying fillers to crevices and open spaces; d) drying the filler in any conventional manner; e) removing the nails or staples; f) sanding the surface until the grains of the twigs appears; g) applying clear polylite glue on the surface; h) sanding the surface until it is smooth and even; and i) buffing the surface with buffing compound
