It has been stated that higher level of nitrogen fertilization (60 and 90 kg N/ha) applied yearly and farm manure significantly influenced the assimilation area of strawberry leaves, number of flowers on the inflorescence and the content of total nitrogen in strawberry leaves. The highest number of inflorescences was found in the treatment with 30 kg N/ha. The content of phosphorus and potassium in the leaves did not depend on the nitrogen fertilization and farm manure
