The number and fresh matter of weeds as well as the number of diaspores in soil increased as the concentration of cereals in crop rotation increased. Sprinkling increased the number and fresh matter of weeds in wheat canopy: the highest was found at the nitrogen dose of 60 kg/ha, and the fresh matter was the heaviest at 120 kg N/ha. The weed species composition in canopy was modified by sprinkling and concentration of cereals in crop rotation. This feature was modified in soil by crop rotation only
