In the static experiment that has been carried out since 1979, the organic fertilization of rye straw or of manure plus rye straw with 4 levels of nitrogen fertilization were applied. The following rotation - potato, winter rye, winter rye was used. In this work, the estimation of the influence of both of the experiment factors on some podsolic soil properties was made. An increase of carbon content in soil was obtained in spite of the cultivation of only those plants that reduce organic substance. The organic and the mineral fertilization had an influence on the increase of the total nitrogen, available potassium and phosphorus content
