Some important facts for the fattening strategy of pigs

Good fattening results and slaughter quality of the pigs are conditions for economically successful fattening. The essential preliminary condition for preparation of nutritional strategy in specific market situation is the knowledge about rules which regulate protein and fat deposition, energy consumption, feed efficiency, carcass quality, and also the differences between sexes, weight and genotypes. Some rules and decisions which have to be considered for the preparation of successful nutritional strategy are presented.
