Study on effects of meteorological factors in 'Ralls' apple quality

The relationship between meteorological factors and 'Ralls' apple (Malus pumila MIll) fruit quality was analysed by mathematical statistical method with 16 successive year data. The result showed that fruit soluble solids, titrable acid, firmness, and Brix/acid ratio were closely related to different meteorological factors in different growing stages
