Seedlings of Robinia pseudoacacia inoculated with rhizobium show that their height, stem diameter, and plant biomass are increased by 13.8, 14.7 and 24.8 percent respectively, and nitrogen content in the plant by 20-40 percent as compared with that of the control. When R. pseudoacacia seedlings are inoculated with rhizobium alone, or with both VA mycorrhizal fungi and rhizobium together, its biomass is increased by 20 and 40 respectively
