Preparation of S. aureus bacterin-toxoid vaccine on liquid medium of fermenter Fermus-3 was investigated in present research. The liquid medium consisted of the following substances. The density of the vaccine, hemolytic titre of cultivated bacterial mass toxins (Dhm), hemolytical action limits of toxins (Lh) and minimum lethal doses of toxins (Dlm) were considered in preparation of vaccine. Live vaccine inactivated with 0,4 % formalin in thermostat at 37 deg C during a month. Prepared vaccine was injected both intramuscularly and subcutaneously to 7 cows in dry period. The vaccine was sterile and nontoxic, prepared strictly observing the methodical requirements. Neither local complications on injection points nor rise in body temperature occurred in vaccinated cows
