[The salt tolerant callus and offspring character produced by the plant regenerated from it]

Salt tolerant callus has strong activity of peroxidase, and higher in sugar content and CL absorption than the salt sensitive callus. The divergence of salt tolerant callus is rational to culture on MS medium including sugar 5-7%, kinetin 2 mg/l, 2 mg/l 6 BA and 1 mg/l a-NAA after regenerated it on MS. All the traits including heading, fertility, stalk and ear length are severely seperated from R2 of progeny of the plant regenerated by salt tolerant callus but gradually fixed by the change of generations
