Basing the parameters for optimum proving pea and soya with water, phosphorus, boron and molibdenum for active symbiotic nitrogen fixation

It has been found in greenhouse experiments on leached Caucasian chernozems with unstable moisture content, low amount of mobile forms of phosphorus, boron and molibdenum that to realize potential symbiotic activity and seed production of pea and soya it is necessary to maintain soil moisture not lower than moisture of capillary break; the lowest limit of optimum supply of mobile phosphorus is 25 mg of P2O5 per 1 kg of soil (after Machigin). Application of boron fertilizers (1 kg of boron per 1 ha) and treating seed with molibdenum-acid ammonium (50 g per hertare normal value) increase nodule weight, the amount of fixed air nitrogen and seed production of pea and soya plants
