The content of chemical elements has been determined in perilla leaves and seeds and in stachys tubers. The highest contents of boron, molybdenum, iron, magnesium, manganese, chromium, and calcium were detected in perilla leaves. The results obtained indicate that these elements predominantly accumulate in leaves, where photosynthetic and metabolic processes are very intensive
