Procedures for food industry by-products utilization

The paper, in the first place, discusses reasons for unrational use of raw materials and energy, resulting in significant material and by product waste. Their accumulation causes environmental pollution. In this respect, concepts of conventional and precise process technology are described as a model of future non-waste technology. The stress was on realization of such technologies by which development of procedures for economical use of wastes and byproduct will be necessary. The second part of this paper concerns with research of technologal procedures development for use of byproducts in the following industries: malt and beer, dairy, meat and industrial corn processing.
