Comparison of polyclonal ELISA with the seed-blotter, fluorescence and agar plate methods for detection and quantification of seed-borne Septoria nodorum in wheat

Twelve naturally infected seed lots of winter wheat were analysed using the ELISA, seed blotter, fluorescence and agar plate methods to detect and quantify Septoria nodorum infection. Four replicates of 80 seeds per seed lot were tested withing each method.
