Morpho-physiological properties of selected soybean genotypes of determinate and indeterminate growth and various length of the growing season are discussed. Genotypes of determinate growth have significantly dominant module of plant. The proportion of other stories falls gradually in relation to all investigated traits. In genotypes of indeterminate growth an important part of productivity is also formed by apical module of plant with lesser influence of basal module. The choice of genotypes with required length of the growing season or growth and quantification of their production properties in the structure of plants, monitoring and providing of non-limiting conditions of environment by measuring of diffusion resistance allows markedly to enter the regulation of stand productivity.
