The effect of ultra high pressure (UHP) and time on survival of yeast Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae in saline solution were investigated. Samples were treated at pressure from 300 to 500 MPa for 2.5; 5.0; 7.5 and 10.0 minutes did not decrease number of yeast living cells. Hydrostatic pressure 500 MPa for 5 minutes killed cells of Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae
