Effect of working slot size in cylindrical roller mill on rape seed cotyledon hulling efficiency was investigated. Tares cultivar rape seeds of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.5% moisture contents were used in the experiments. The optimum results were obtained either at 6% seed moisture content for 1 mm slot size or at 7% moisture content for 0.8 mm slot. Seed moisture content was the main factor affecting effeciency of rape seed cotyledon hulling
