The dominating direction of development of land is leasing. In this form 62.2% of taken-over land has been managed. Leasees are mainly natural persons, especially in the range up to 100 ha. In the range above 100 ha, leasees mostly consist of commercial companies, created by employees of former state farms. Management in the form of sale is of relatively small proportion, at barely 5.1%. This process will become more intense
