In laboratory studies the mineralization of organic nitrogen was investigated in soil treated every year in long-term field experiment with slurry, manure and mineral fertilizers. Slurry was used in 2 doses: equalized to manure in N content and in carbon content, the N doses in fertilizers were equal to manure and slurry
