There was examined the oils from seeds or fruits obtained from nine plants growing in their natural environment or cultivated under the conditions of temperate zone: Ligustrum vulgare L., Mahonia aquifolium Nutt., Mirabilis jalapa L., Myrrhis odorata L., Papaver rhoeas L., Robinia pseudoacacia L., Rosa canina L., Saponaria officinalis L., Viburnum opulus L. There was determined the content of oils and fatty acids both in quantity and quality
