The programme of this workshop included the following themes: Introducing the Camel Applied Research and Development Network which is financed by IFAD and hosted by ACSAD. The status of camel production in Egypt, the basic reports on the status of camel research, problems facing camel production and research, centers conducting camel research in Egypt, discussion and recommendations, and camel research priorities.
