Prediction equation for calcium and phosphorus content in fish meal produced from fish waste products were studied by using a combination of proximate analysis and simple floatation technique. A total of 44 samples of the fish meal were subjected for Ca and P determination and separated of organic (floating) and inorganic (precipitating) portions by using carbontetrachloride solution and weighted calcium contents in the fish meal samples highly significant (P0.01) correlated (r=0.703) with the inoraganic portion and inversely correlated (r=-0.595) (P0.01) with the organic portion of the samples. Phosphorus content in the fish meal samples are also correlated (r
