[Develop proposals on problems of labour motivation and its forming at entry in market economy]

Up-to-date conditions of labour motivation in agrarian sector of Ukraine are generalized. Basic conditions for creating mechanism of saving of labour input and financial funds in the zone section are revealed. The following research methods were applied: grouping of indices, analytical alignment of dynamics successions, sociological surveys etc. In the study specific character of labour motivation in agrarian sector of economy is considered. Main motives of achieving labour productivity, ways for creating the labour motivation, factorial-criterial evaluation model of agricultural workers' well-being are determined. The results of the study are extended in three regions of Ukraine
