On the basis of material gathered from balances and surveys on production and demand for food and nutrition of population, this paper presents several important new results. The level of total productivity and economizing does not allow greater payment possibilities of the consumers, therefore, the production of food is not possible at lower production and selling prices. At the same time the necessary nutritive demand is much above the real demand, all that accentuated by difficult joint effects of crisis and sanctions. Such outstanding discord in interactional processes create complex economic, social, and even political problems. Solving of these problems so far has been partial and insufficiently efficient on all levels in comparison with the neighbouring competition. Therefore, it is necessary to perform the studious and urgent investigation of overall optimizing solutions for production, processing, sales and use of food in nutrition and foreing exchange.
