1992
Ali, M.M. (Mosul Univ. Coll. of Agric. and Forestry (Iraq))
Human milk with mastitis has been studied for some physicochemical properties and bacteria responsible for the illness. The results showed that the PH volue, viscosity and Non protein nitrogen (NPN) content of the milk were signficantly higher (P0.01) than those of normal milk. On the first day on of infection the PH volue viscosity and NPN content were 7.42, 3.14 C.P. and 0.07, respectively. After five days of medieation those values decreased to normal levels
