[Poverty line and minimal pay-rates must rise in Estonia]

The poverty and the minimal and average pay-rates in Estonia in the years 1992-1997 are shown in a table. The presented data show a rather slow rise of all the indices. It is suggested that the poverty line and the pay-rates should be automatically indexed considering at least the rise of food prices.
